Key aspects of intervention options with Chris include injury prevention and rehabilitation optimisation strategies, movement analysis and intervention, manual techniques and therapies, neuromuscular readiness and load monitoring, enhancing tissue tolerance.

Currently Chris is combining physiotherapy and sports conditioning/injury management duties at Barrow AFC alongside consultant work as a performance and conditioning specialist with FYSICL, as well managing as training the new S&C staff at the football club.
